Braised BBQ button bone surprise

The surprise is, these are actually good. 49 cents/lb, but only for a frozen 10lb box. I don't usually buy riblets, unless they are still attached to the ribs, but what the hell, it was 5 bucks. The wife was kinda mad I cooked the whole 10lb, but she doesn't know its 3/4 bones! lol

Thats why us thrifty Scots/Irish folks gravitate towards electricity of course. How will they where to drop a drone on that deal?
