Got bored yesterday so I threw together a fattie for the smoker.
Flattened it out, added some extra sharp cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, and chopped red onion. Rolled it up and into the Smokin Tex for one hour at 250 degrees, pulled it out at 150 internal. Outstanding taste.
