Birthday Ribs

I cooked ribs today for my birthday.

Ready to cook.

Royal Oak lump, and hickory chunks.

The finished product.

Four of us ate them with corn on the cob, cole slaw, pinto beans, and potato salad. Oh, and beer, too.

Happy Birthday Larry, sorry you had to cook your own Birthday ribs, but I guess there was no one better to do great ribs

Happy B-day Larry. Man, I wish my b-day fell on a three day weekend. Ahhh, maybe it's better it didn't.

Re: Birthday Ribs

Happy Birthday Larry! The ribs look great. I know when it's my birthday and the family is over, I will be doing what I like best . . . cooking on the grill.
