Something is going wrong here, I didn't take this picture, a friend who tasted the beef ribs before they got on the menu did. Is this pic better? or the same?

Not sure what the problem is Boozer, I actually went in to the first picture right after you posted it and enlarged it a little. I tried to make it bigger but it got pixilated. I'm not good enough to know what you might be doing wrong maybe someone else can help.

Heck it's all good Buzz. I'm a BBQ cook, not a computer guy! We'll get some better pics next time.

Looks as though the original photo was taken at low resolution.
The site looks for photos around 600 X 600 pixels any larger it will knock them down in size automatically.

I have been a professional photographer for almost 30 years any one have questions feel free to ask

They're Costco pans sir! Here's the menu. And thanks the short ribs went over well! I still want to get the big full rack beef ribs, like the ones that can tip over Fred Flintstone's car..

A person can buy good beef ribs off the wholesale distributors. The storebought models around here would be called soup bones..in fact have seen them get the labels get mixed up and get labled as soup bones a few times. Now sometimes a person can hit an old fashioned store which still have real butchers on the day they are turning bone in Choice grade Ribeyes into the boneless model. That is a good time to buy.

For sure you're right! My food distributor guy, don't get me wrong he's a great guy, always screws up my beef orders. Every other day we have the same conversation. "Hey John it's Todd with 402 bbq. How ya doing good good hey, I need a case of nose on prime and a case of butts, a case of whole chickens, and a case of spare ribs. Did you ever find out about them beef ribs? No? Ok, let me know".
