I use a slicer like that and sometimes rotate the egg 90* after the first slicing to get dice.
Those ribs look great JB Hell of a beer holder 8) 8)
 
Great looking ribs JB.

When I make tater salad I like to boil them up and then cool them in the fridge for cubing up. The cube easier that way.
 
Great looking food and a nice shirt. I don't think I've ever seen an igloo that far south. No wonder it was melting.
 
Nice lookin' food, JB. Now I gotta go find some beef ribs, don't ever see 'em like that in the supermarket. You reminded me I've got a bottle of Tiger Sauce in the back of the fridge, bought it for a recipe and have forgotten to use it since then.
