Val found these at the market a while ago. Beef ribs are hard to find around here. Used pecan chunks (hickory lite) and the last of the black cherry saw dust that BTGG gave me at oink. (thanks Bill) They were tasty.
 
Chris the ribs look great! Might I recommend a Billy Bar? It will get your grates new looking and you will never need to buy another grill cleaner, EVER! All jokes aside, they really are great! If you or anyone else decides to get one tell them I sent you! They're great people!

Beef ribs are da bomb. I am fairly new to them myself and love em.
