Beef Back Ribs (pic)

Tonight I smoked some beef back ribs over cherry and served them with some fire-roasted corn.

John, those are some of the best looking beef ribs I've ever seen and some of the best pics of beef ribs I've seen as well. Great job on the cook and your photography skills!
