Beef and Pork Spare Ribs

Threw some beef and pork ribs on the cooker with some Wolfe rub around 11a.m. this morning. Here's the pics when I pulled them off around 6:30. Very good, tender and moist. The beef ribs were a big hit with my wife. She's from Texas so that explains the preference for beef.

The butcher cut them for me as I waited and said he would cut them good and meaty!!
