Beef

Beef it’s what’s cooking today…..We wanted to get another brisket cook in before our comp next weekend…..and a slab of beef ribs for a snack…also did some beans up as well…

Very nice Dave. But I must say the beans looked great! As much as I like beef & pork, after cooking it all day I'd rather have some nice beans, and some pickels. Good luck at the comp. next weekend.

good job on the ribs...I can never find ribs down here
that aren't shiners...when I do, they rarely come out
looking like that....mine always draw up so it looks
like a beef popsicle.

Cappy what temp are you cooking at...the higer the temp the more shrinkage..IMHO
