Beautiful night for a cook

Almost full moon, clear out and about 70*. Pit about 250*. Plenty of homebrew and a couple butts.

Took a few naps during the night. Not gonna lie bout that

Had some mac and cheese along with the last of the cranberry beer.

Drinking my Scottish ale now that the cooler wather is finally here. 48* here tonite. That is fridged to me. I hate it!

My wife picked up this stuff in jar from Ragu called cheesey sause. The stuff is pretty good. Better than Kraft in a box. I made the Alton Brown Mac and cheese and she didn't like that.Too fancy she said. This is our compromise.
