You may be right. I have some that's nearly that color, just from the cider vinegar and red pepper flakes, but I 'spect there's a tomato somewhere in that batch's ancestry. :)

Thanks, Cliff. Dave DeWitt's got a lot of cool stuff on that site. The "North Carolina BBQuest" he did with Ray Lampe was a big help when Griff and I were planning our tour last year.
