I know it too,
we got three versions, healty'er, not so healthy & realy unhealthy. (my favorite)...
boil 2.5lbs potatoes & 4 eggs
chop up 1 med onion 0r 1 small & 1/2 bunch green onions fine
peel & bust up potatoes as you like, (large chunks or small pieces)
add a 1/2 cup mayo for healther 3/4 cup for not so, or 1 cup for realy,
add pickel relish sweet or dill whatever you like about 2tbsp
chop up eggs, peel em 1st BOY. mix all together with salt & pepper to taste...

variations:
sliced jalopenas
1/4lb diced bacon wit da grease
worchestershire, hot sauce, chopped celery, diced olives, cooked shrimp, crushed garlic, fresh cut of the cob corn kernals marinaded in EVO & vinager. Look boy i'm gettin a cramp from typin... use your head BOY, if you like sumtin put it in dare
