Wife said empty the freezer. found a slab of spares,a few pork steaks, some rib tips,a couple of chuck eyes and a link of sauage. Seasoned them up,fired up the smoker and off we went. Well thats a lot of meat for me and my little skinny wife. I portioned what was left and vac packed it with my food saver and put it back in the freezer for later. here's a few pics for you all to enjoy.

YumYum.. We just got finished with the rain this afternoon!!! Good lookin grub PM

Everything looks great, You must be from In Louisisana too? The rain & Richards dry rub give me the hint.

I'm in Baton Rouge...

I'm a little late picking up this post but it's really a good looking tray of meat. I'm going to have to go and see what's in our freezer now.

By the way, I've read a couple of posts now about the Food Saver (you have a picture of one in your post) and I finally broke down and purchased one on-line. One of the posts mentioned a model V2840 for $99.00 that ships out of Canada. Turned out the shipping cost was way to much to Souther California so I ended up ordering direct from the Food Saver website. I got the V3840 instead. I think it's pretty much the same thing but it ended up costing $70.00 more. Good news is the shipping was free! Can't wait to get it and try it out.
