BBQ Dinner for 14

Well my parents and their friends from NY (Saquoit) are coming for dinner plus more friends and my kids. So far looks like 14.

Menu

ABT's
Brisket
Baked Beans (A new recipe I am trying)
Pork Tenderloin
Ribs
Potato Salad
Red Onion tomato Salad
coleslaw
Garlic Focaccia
Smoked Devilled Eggs
Green Salad

Blueberry, Orange and Strawberry Custard Trifle for dessert.

Well I did it really quite simple today. Injected it full of apple juices and spices and layered on my rub. Smoked it till done and wrapped it for 4 hours in a dry cooler.

Sliced it and it was beautiful. One of the best I have ever done.

We had a wonderful time with our friends and family and the Americans were impressed that a Canadian lady could make decent Q.

Just a note about the ribs. I cooked them as per my moms preference which is overdone and falling off the bone. Have to make my Mommy happy.
