BBQ Central Radio Show Made me hungry

So, I got off work and picked up a brisket and marinated it for 30 minutes in "Cookwell & Company's Pecos 83"....It came out great again because of the WSM...Great guest Grego!!!! oh yeah...10 hours at 240 degrees

Pecos 83 Barbecue Marinade
12 oz / 6 per Case -- In 1883 the world got its first taste of rodeo in Pecos Texas. So to honor the dual Texas traditions of true rodeo and tasty barbecue, we've created Pecos 83 Barbecue Marinade. Our most versatile marinade will remind you of the old west and how barbecue is supposed to taste - mesquite with molasses and a hint of smoke.
Cookwell & Company was formed when three friends from grade school got together and decided to provide great quality products that allow home cooks an easy way to make great meals. Our backgrounds are as varied as the products we plan to produce. Kyle's background is running the operation side of the multi-unit hotel management company, but his roots and passion is entertaining friends and family with great food. Brion is our very own Marketing Guru and seems most at home in a grocery store. Will is our resident chef that perfects the recipes. Will cherishes moments spent cooking in the kitchen for friends and family. We strive to develop the products and recipes that help hard working, fast paced people perfect their at home culinary experience.
