I guess you non union flower children (especially the one from Ohio) have a bad case of GRS. Back in 2007 (007 what a year 8) ) don't rember me showin yall how to high temp cook ribs, briskit & butts. This was AFTER I made an afterburner to fit my off-set. I got proof in the puddin
(them videos were posted here at this site.... Boy!)

So how long did you steam them? Did the BBQ sauce get diluted with the water? I wish you would video the ribs after the foil part... I'll look up your archived videos for another version. You got me wanting some BB ribs too.. Thanks for sharing!!

Fresh Orange works great too. I didn't show it but I added some lemon zest too

SS I got to thinking :shock: It may have been before Katrina that started playin with the afterburner
