Baby Backs and Paula's Corn Casserole

Did 3 racks of baby backs yesterday and made Paula Deen's corn casserole for a side dish. Here's some pics:


I cut the racks in half just to fit them better in the rib rack on the WSM.


Mess o' bones ready for the table.


My portion


Bones and Corn Casserole...any recipe that uses 1 stick of butter can't be all bad.

Lookin Good

Man O man..those look good Bruce! My boy is having a buddy spend the night this Saturday and he wants ribs for dinner, so Iím cookin up a couple racks of baby backs. Was going to do spares but the wife picked up bbís instead. Iím also going smoke a few spicy Italian sausageís left over from last nights pizza fixings, Iím also throwing on a fatty as well. Iíll try to get some pics for everyone. Oh and Iíll be having a few cold ones as well.
