Auto Pilot cook

While I was digging the smokehouse I had Buford fired up….We had the hotdogs and ABTs for lunch (no pics)….and for Dinner we had the Ribs some beans (Thanks Cliff) they were very good…and some cukes and some tomatoes.



Ribs came out PDG with the minimal amount of tending I did to the pit.
