Not me! My brother came to town with a truckload of apple wood. What to do, but cook a butt!

Use that applewood sparingly. It give pork such a great flavor. I almost exclusively use Apple, Cherry, Mulberry, and Maple.

Maple huh? I actually didn't know you could cook with that. I mainly use mulberry and apple wood. sometimes pecan, when I have to resort to buying wood. Which I should have to do less often now that I'm aware that I could use maple! Thanks for the info, Max!

That pork butt looks like a monster!!!! I like apple and pecan a lot. Cherry is good too but really makes the meat dark so use it sparingly.
