Anyone ever make Matambre?

They have skirt steak on sale at the Food Kitty. There is a recipe in Steven Raichlen's book for Matambre. Just curious if anyone has a tried and true recipe they may want to share.
 
The only time I use skirt steak I am making fajitas, maybe it's the same thing. Seasoned, then grilled over super hot heat, then sliced for the fajitas.

I have made one an it was very good. You have a lot of differenc flavors inside the meat that add to to the tasted. I think that it calls for flank steak.
