Another test turkey

Seems everybody is doing a test turkey also. Here is mine. Bought this turkey and one more for .39 cents a pound and used Big Ron's Hint of Houston for the first time. Excellent rub. Sorry for the blurry pics.





Had a couple of chops that I didn't get a chance to grill when I went camping so threw them on the WSM after the turkey was done. Big Ron's Hint of Houston was used on these too.
