Another overnight butt..

Just started an overnight butt cook...2 butts on..one for my wife to take to an open house tommarrow night and one for Christmas Brunch. Outside temp is 28 degrees.



And my high tech temperature transfer station...

Brian, they were a total of 13 lbs...

I had some maverick probe issues overnight and a slight temp spike...heres the finished product..
