This one turned out WAY better. I modified it a bit with more garlic and went 50/50 with the sauteed and unsauteed onions and i added a little extra too. I also added added extra cheese and put a layer of cheese across the bottom. We also did fresh veggies in foil with artichoke hearts...YUMMY! the last pic ic the cheese bottom....it wasnt that special. It looked like a fat layer.

Thanks for the recipe! ( Im one of those people who cant just do it like the directions say. I always gotta do it at least a tiny bit different) ....but i did follow the direction the first time.. I just overcooked it a bit......well not really me, but the beer in me. :shock: :D :D
