I sold out of the last case I cooked last weekend, so I'm cooking another and most of this is already sold. I yielded 38lbs after the last 75lb case and this case is 75lbs as well. If you guys and Puff's want to take a stab at guessing the final yield, whoever comes closest without going over I will send you a bottle of our new Citrus rub. Just post your guess before I bag the meat up which will be tomorrow morning.

BTW, the bag hanging from the oil lamp is something my wife put up to keep flys away and it works great!

I will guess an even 40 lbs.

My understanding is that a fly thinks the bag is a hornets nest. I don't see the resemblance but if it works I am all for it.

the bag thing it screws with there eyes with the light hitting it and glaring in the flies many eyes . so i heard.

Flies think?

Larry, is this before or after those quality control samples?
I'll guess 39 lbs 3 oz

I've seen those bags of water with coins in them. Can't say if it works. Oh yeah, 41 lbs. Larry don't eat so much this time.

Butts are pulled and in the fridge until tomorrow and then will be vacuum sealed and froze. Total cook time was 17 hours.

WSM's are cleaned and the beer is flowing!!!
