Executive Chef
For 9 people, 4 guys and 5 gals, I WSM'd 4 racks of spares, trimmed St Louis style, glazed w/ SBR-Hot thinned with vinegar. The compliments were many. My reputation is golden.
But I forgot to get the camera out until after the main event, so here's a pic of one of the bone dishes for evidence. (I did take the membrane off 3 of them, but on the 4th one it was exposing too much bone so I left it.)
