ABT Mutants

This is the first time I've tried these Atomic Buffalo Turds but it won't be my last. They are Great!!!
Didn't have any jalapenos or bacon on hand so I had to improvise.

Hot Red Fresno Peppers
Left-over cooked ground sausage
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Grate Ex Sharp Cheddar
Hard Salami folded in half (for the cap)

Put 'em on the pit until the salami was a sizzlin' and a spittin'.
Here's the pics....

They were terrific!! But I will Try the bacon next.

Capt'n, The fesno peppers tasted a little hotter when raw but mellowed some after they were cooked.
