A little mid week cook

While you young folks are out at the salt mine today, this old folk did a little smoking – couple of turkey breasts, 4 slabs bb’s, pork loin and tenderloin, a prime rib, some thighs and a split chicken. This was my first use of Wolfe Citrus on the chicken and we liked it a lot - look forward to trying it grilled. Here’s a pic of the citrus chicken (should of handled with hands vs tongs) and the thighs using a friends secret recipe – his look better than mine.

 
Looks mighty tasty to me... I might have to have a sick day soon so I can stay home and cook something like that too. :LOL:
