A little comp practice this weekend

Got some thighs on and just added the glaze.

Our friend brought over a 12 lb packer and two racks of BB ribs also.

This one will go on abour 2100.

The ribs will go on in the morning.

Good luck in the comps this year
Is there a recipe for the butter bean corn mix or do you just mix them together and eat 'em?

Real nice Ron, they should do well in the comps. Now, if you ever hook up with JB and have a pop drinking comp you might be in trouble.

Looks great, need to remember the brussel sprouts wrapped in bacon as that is one veggie I cannot tolerate.
