A few butts and brisket

Cooking these up tonight for a shooting match tomorrow. Around 40 people.

I'll pull em off at 0600, prep the beans and cole slaw, then deliver.

They are shooting Field Target airguns for the state Championship. Some old friends of mine asked me to feed them. Probably make enough money for a tank of gas.....
