Yeah 10-12 hrs sounds about right. an hour to an hour and a half per pound. Take pics.

Brian, I've heard of Magnolias and heard it's very good. But our ribs will always be better than anything you can get out! So I understand where you are coming from. :winkie:

My family now leaves the table if I order ribs at a resturant! They say I always hate them and make the waiters life miserable because of it!
