Just got done throwing on 6 racks of loin backs on the Klose...video is being taken to prove that I cooked today. I will try my most hardest to get video of the finished ribs! :D

Side Note: I am trying a modified version of Myron Mixon's "Power Cook" method...going to cook around 300* just to see how it works. :D

Looking forward to it. But please exlain how you can't get video of the finished product. Does it not want to be filmed? JB seems to be able to get finished pictures!

Ribs were very good...no real difference between the true low and slow of 235* - 250* I usually cook at and the 325* it ran for most of the cook. I am going to give it a try on butts next time...makes for an easier fire tend...just left the box and the exhaust 100% open! :D

Paul, since it wasn't a true "Power Cook" it was like 3hrs and 15 mins or so...I think if I would have been in the 350* range it would have been 3 total.
