6 Butts on ... pics added

.. R2-D2 since last evening. Yeah, I know, a light load for me, but I didn't have time to fool with the Lang all day today and I needed some Q before the weekend. So, about 57 lbs went on the WSM and she chugged along all night. The Maverick woke me up at about 2:30 am telling me I had to shake things up a bit (thanks Larry & Finney for the Mav). I stood the butts up on the cut side kinda teepee style and it seemed to work good. The bottom butts are all but touching the top grate, but both top and bottom butts are at 170 right now and chugging along.

after 19 hours.....

we ended up with crunchy on the outside and VERY juicy on the inside. they turned out great.
