I had a small Chuck in the freezer and used the wsm loaded with Kingsford and a few chunks of Hickory. Around lunch time I threw on a few of my Scottish sausages. They made a nice snack! :P
The chuck came out nice, but I do miss the stronger smoke flavor that I get from my barrel.

I was able to get my "Smoke fix" from my newest favoritest BBQ beer. It is a German Marzen stlye smoke beer. OMG was that good. Try some if you see it near you.

Looks great GH! Add a couple more wood chunks if you want more smoke flavor next time!

GH looks good. Know what you mean about the better smoke flavor. Cook mostly with wood on the Klose and really like the flavor better. But the draw back is alot more work. Just can't beat the WSM not haveing to tend to it all the time. Just my 2cents.
