Just got my weber smokey mountain in January. This was my second attempt at ribs. The first ones came out a little tough, but think I nailed it this time. My roommate said he has been having dreams about them, lol!

Are Baby Backs really worth the effort, I have always used just regular spares. Is it just a personal preference?

Good looking ribs there. Lookin really tasty.

In MY opinion (for whatever it's worth) spare ribs just taste soooooooooooo much better.
