Last night I made 100 of these puppies and took them to our annual New Years party. They tore into them like they were stealing them. GONE IN LESS THAN 30 MINS. And dang they were gooooood. Piped ABT cheese in them finished off with a little bacon strip and pepper jack. Man you have got to try these things.

They are gigantic.. How did you transport those? I bet they rocked!!! :D

Kosmos what kind of cheese is it you start with in the cap?
 
I smoked them at 275 for about 30 or 40 mins. I used a mixture of cream cheese and chedder chesse inside the shrum.
Be careful the women will tear these guys up. But then again so did I. LOL
