JB talk a little more about the apple stuffed abts...did you use fresh apples or an apple pie filling...man that does sound good...

Fresh sliced apple wedges is what I used. I think you could use any firm raw fruit.... Rember this is health food, Jalapenos are a fruit too ....BOY

JB, Excellent!

A buddy saturday was telling me about stuffing apples with rubbed tenderlion and smoking the whole thing. You have inspired me to try it out. Maybe I will wrap it in bacon.
