Wife was looking over my shoulder watching your video and just ordered me to go pick up some beef ribs... so it looks like we'll be having ribs and pulled pork that I started this morning for dinner tonight... why not, BOY!
 
Never tried ginger snaps with beef ribs before.. Sounds delicious!!!! Those ribbers look good JB. :D ;)

Beef ribs are tender to start with unlike a briskit, they do have lots of fat that needs to render out.

You don't have to cook em low & slow but you can just like spares or BB.

These cooked at around 300 for 3 hours or so, when cooking em don't over cook or the'll be dry. :idea: Hey like rib jerky, Hummm

Never do em on over direct heat at high temps like a steak.

The grease will make a big fire :shock:

Its a peach cream cheese & ginger snap tart. I'll do it this week, If I don't eat all the cookies 1st :roll:
 
Looks nice n juicy there jb ...love the toast thar on the side..bet thats great dipped in the tators
