PP tamales

Last weekend we made tamales..I think Ron posted this link http://www.sonofthesouth.net/tamales/Tamale_Recipe.htm
We substituted left over PP for the Pork and did the chicken as instructed….today I heated some up along with some scrambled eggs for breakfast…

They were labor intensive especially with the boys helping but well worth the effort…we vac packed a bunch and will use as needed.

Fine plate of chow, bet it was tasty indeed! I'm a sucker for Sriracha myself.
Yea Nick, I'd like to know too. We could go for wings some time I'll buy as I still owe wittdog a dinner from a bet a year or so ago. Duffs sound like a plan?
