Burnt Ends Onion Soup
¼ Stick of Butter
2 Onions Sliced Thin
2 Cloves Garlic
A Good Amount of Beef Broth
1 Fat Pinch of Parsley
TBL Garlic Powder
1 TBL Onion Powder
4 Good Shots of Worchy
2 Bay Leaves
1 Big Handful of Burnt Ends
1 Big Shot of Black Pepper

1. Melt Butter in Soup Pan
2. Caramelize the dam Onions…it’s a pain in the @$$ but that’s where a lot of the flavor is
3. Add the Worscheter
4. Dump the Beef Stock and add the rest of the seasonings
5. Dump the Burt Ends in.
6. Cover and bring to a simmer for about an hour.
4. Spoon in to Ramekin or oven save bowls, add some stale bread or croutons….top with Mozzarella Cheese and place under broiler till the cheese is golden brown.

The Burnt Ends were pretty Greasy and the pic was taken right after they were thrown in…
