5lbs pork snouts
2lbs pork tongues
1lb pork skin
2lbs buckwheat Groats
Or barley
6TBLS. Salt
2TBLS. Onion Powder
2TSP Course Black Pepper
1 Heaping TBS Majoram
1TBS. Ground Allspice
1 Pint of Beef Blood
½ TSP. InstaCure

Boil all meats at least two hours, Cool. Buckwheat or Barley Soaked in Hot Water at least 2 hours in covered container or cook until volume is doubled. Grind meat 3/16â€
