xmass sausage 08

Picked up a case of butts today...got them chuncked and ground...to be made into sausage this weekend

The old standby...Grandpa Jumbos Polish sausage...we are doing Fresh and smoked...
We are doing some Smoked with a very corse grind

Cool Dave, Val was just after me to make some
Grandpa Jumbos Polish sausage this week!
Tasty good stuff indeed! Nice I have some pork butts left in
the deep freezer. Every one scarfs it down like candy!
