What to make?

Mix it 60/40 with untrimmed butts and make some sausage..with the 60 being in favor of the butts.

Not being a sausage maker (I know it's a pity), my ground game ends up in tacos, spaghetti sauce, meatloaf, and the like. Diva's recipe sounds like it would be good.
 
I would go with burgers or a meatloaf...If you make sausage, it needs to be mixed at least 50/50 with pork or it'll be dry..unless your trying to just use it up, I wouldnt waste it on sausage..

Bambi Burgers rock...I always hide little chunk of butter inside for a little moisture and fry in a little bacon "drippings"...be carefull if you decide to do it on the grill as it will fall apart easy (<---- read crumble here).
 
Dave I used to take all my ground venison to an Amish butcher in Pennsylvania, they would make anything you wanted out of it. But on of the best things that I enjoyed was summer sausage, some of the best I've ever eaten. If there's someone that can make it, it's you "Smoke Boy"!
