Wittdog, make fatties with grown beef mixed in.
 
I ended up making slim and Big Jims from the recipe in the Sausage Makers Book...with a little tweeking....


I supstitiuted 1 TBLS of Chili Powder for Paprika, added some onion powder and some vinegar.

The Jims are still cooking..that last 25* is taking forever :LOL:
