Ok, it's finished, gonna be a great sausage. Used ta be Cool is goin ta be great fer this! Best sausage I've ever done.

These er hangin ta bloom fer a couple hours. Then will take that little one an see how our taste came out. No fat melt problems, no grease (Thats water drops from there cool shower). Oh my.

Have a feelin this will be a good sellin sausage an a good sellin seasonin to!

Yup, how grandpa taught me, so, I just keep doin it that way. Plus, since I messed up my left hand, I can't get hold them casins ta tie knots no more.
