Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/down ... rtoys.mspx
Microsoft has a free program called Image Resizer. After you install the program just right mouse click the photo and you'll have an option to resize in three different sizes. It is very easy. It will rename the file that same name but add the word small, medium, or, large to the end.
