The info I have on Swedish Potato Sausage is as follows:This sausage is a very perishable product and should be kept frozen. This sausage can be served fried, baked or boiled. When kept in a refrigerator sausage should be kept in a container coverd with water.

I think it's becuase of the ing....onions,potatoe, beef and nonfat dry milk

No problem..there is no cure in it and no preservitives other than the salt..
