My new 5lb stuffer came in and I had to give it a try. Cooked up some butt till tender and then ground it up with some homemade deer sausage throwed in for contrast in place of liver. Then mixed it up with the rice, parsley, and green onion tops. Came out PDG!








When that was done I whipped up fajitas!
