Leftover Comp Meat

I had 2 uncooked butts and a uncooked packer leftover from Oink..The butts are on the WSM…..and the Brisket is going to become corned beef or pastarami……BTW Griff and Unity just left and are on there way to DC….I hope you have a safe trip home…

The Corned Beef will be done in 5-7 days….

Did Griff bring any of them cute Eskimoe ladies with him? Or my girlfriend Sarah maybe? Do Unity lean as far to left as it looks like he do? Thanks.
