Kielbasa

I got my polish Kielbasa stuffed and now drying in the frig for tomorrow's smoke.
The hardest part of clean up is getting the meat bits out of the cleaning brushes. I SOLVED it. Hold then in the toillet bowl for 5 to 6 flushes. Cleans them right up real nice.

Please tell me you clean them one more time with soap and water after they come out of the toilet bowl.

As long as he used soap & water in the toilet bowl before cleaning the brushes, he should be good to go

Ok...next time run some plain old white bread thru the grinder....after you are done with the meat....then use a couple of the small brushes like for baby bottles...

I bought a set of brushes made to clean everything. They come in all different sizes and makes clean up a snap!

I use the white bread but I'm somewhat of a clean freak when it comes to food.

Yeah but Rags problem was the meat getting stuck in the brushes...I bet he didn't use the bread trick...
