Doing Wittdog's Apple Beef Jerky recipe today. 7.3lbs of top round marinating since yesterday at 1pm. It didn't all fit on the WSM so the less than quality pieces are on the kettle. Cook started at 11:15am Here's the pics:


Lower grate with 3 racks of jerky.


used another top grate and placed 3 racks on top.


Leftovers on the kettle.
